Shipments outside EU
It is our policy to use our best endeavors in order to provide to our customers our quality services. In this respect, in case you wish to return an item you will have fourteen (14) calendar days to return this item from the date you received it.
In order to be entitled to return the item, it must not be used by any means (worn, washed and/or damaged) and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging in order to be returned and in perfect condition for resale.
Before returning the item, you are kindly requested to contact us at email@example.com. You also need to refer to your invoice or purchase receipt.
Return fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. However the costs for your new order are covered by us.
Damaged Items Policy
We warrant that our items are packaged with care and shipped in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that your item is not the one you ordered or damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org by referring to the shipping and/or invoice details.
It is our policy to refund your money within fourteen (14) working days to your designated bank account or credit card.
Please note that if your item is damaged, then we will cover any shipping costs.
